golbets complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy. Any unusual or suspicious transaction may be investigated, and an account may be temporarily suspended if necessary.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,000 — total balance ৳2,000
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳17,000
• To withdraw the bonus, you must wager the total amount (deposit + bonus) 25 times.

4.2 — General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses are only usable on games designated by golbets.
• Bonus balance is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash until wagering requirements are fulfilled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse is found, golbets reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

You can move up to a higher tier through regular play. The benefits and conditions of each tier are subject to change.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's identity.
• Violating bonus terms or abusing the bonus system.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors on the platform.
• Using hacking tools, viruses, or harmful software.
• Using account funds for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

6.1 — Closure at User Request

6.2 — Suspension or Termination by golbets

golbets may temporarily or permanently terminate an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
